Did that line make you wince? Well, I’m just trying to get you in the mood for a deliciously staged cocktail image that will have you finding the nearest craft cocktail bar. And seeing how these are made right here in The Fox Cities, finding a local establishment with a good bartender shouldn’t be too difficult.
I’m breaking these down by either restaurant or bartender. I would love to share the drink recipes, but those are closely guarded secrets so you’ll just have to get out there and give them a try. Trust me, they are as good as they look.

To be honest, I only used the term mixologist because somewhere at this very moment Christopher is telling someone about how he hates the term mixologist. Christopher is just a bad-ass bartender who takes the same passion to cocktails as a chef does towards food. The guy has a knack.
