Women at Work is all about shining a light on women in careers typically dominated by men. The goal is to show women who are paving the way for other women to pursue the career path they desire regardless of societal stigma. This project seeks to support the message, “if you see it, you can be it,” and to show other tradeswomen that they are not alone on their pathway in the AEC industry.
