Project Spotlight: Miron Milwaukee Office

New Milwaukee office celebrates vibrant downtown location.

The company that’s in the business of bringing dreams to life for its clients recently brought its own dreams to life when it created a new workspace in Milwaukee.

Miron Construction is a long-time client of mine with offices in five Wisconsin cities, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and soon, another in Green Bay’s Titletown District.

In Milwaukee, Miron has maintained a regional office presence for more than a decade. The company recently reimagined and moved into the second floor of The Palladium office building with help from Eppstein Uhen Architects. The five-story building was originally constructed by Miron in 2018 to serve as corporate headquarters of the Hammes Company.

And they’ve thoughtfully made the space a true reflection of both the Miron Construction values and the Milwaukee spirit.

12+ Years of Innovation in Brew City

Guests entering the office are greeted with a wall-wide environmental graphic displaying words that form the foundation of this longstanding construction company’s mission.

Both the steadfast nature and modern trajectory of the Miron brand is recognizable throughout the space. Traditional elements are complemented by an overall contemporary aesthetic rendered from floor to ceiling throughout the space.

In an aptly constructed tribute to the company’s legacy of builds across the locale, the letters MKE contain myriad tools of the trade and line the walls in the cafeteria and employee gathering space. These images were designed to show the scope of the space, as well as the scenic skyline enjoyed by Miron employees and guests.

Designed for a Day’s Work

A versatile work environment comprised of individual stations, hightops, and glass-enclosed private meeting rooms offers various opportunities to maximize collaboration.

Daylight floods the open-concept floor plan, individual offices, and high-tech conference room.

True to its value of innovation, the construction innovation lab brings clients and Miron partners together to collaborate, imagine, and create.

Skyline Skyview

Since this building was completed by Miron before the company’s move into this office, I was only onsite to capture interior images. Yet as I wrapped the interiors just before sunset, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to fly my drone. Looking out at the city that night at sunset, the view was too gorgeous not to capture!

“Building [and Photographing] Excellence”

Miron Construction’s tagline is Building Excellence, and it’s a commitment I admire. I strive to embrace the same goal each time I snap the shutter to “build” a story with a photograph, and while building a body of work that will make clients proud. And most importantly, it’s the ultimate goal behind the images I take for Miron and all my clients—to build excellent relationships along the way.

Let me know if you’d like to team up for your next shoot.
